Who I am

I find my calm in the chaos.

Being tidy and organised has been my way of relaxing my very busy mind. I know firsthand the profound sense of peace that comes with owning less “stuff,” and my goal at Sorted by Claire is to help you experience that same weight being lifted from your shoulders.

Managing excess belongings is exhausting, stressful, and time-consuming. I am here to help you reclaim your time and your home, transforming it into a space where you can appreciate and showcase the items you truly love and use.

My Philosophy

Your home should be a reflection of who you are today and where you are going. I want to help you create a space that truly represents you, supporting you as you gently let go of items that no longer serve you, the person you wish to become, or the person you want to return to. Enabling you to once again enjoy your home and enjoy allowing friends and family to enjoy it with you.

My Approach

I love being welcomed into people’s homes and treat every space with absolute respect. I am a deep listener and entirely non-judgemental. Together, we will clear the clutter and design a practical, organised environment that lets you breathe easy again.

Beyond Decluttering

When I am not transforming spaces, you will find me keeping fit, experimenting at creative craft and art workshops, or relaxing at home. My own sanctuary is happily shared with my rescue dogs and cat — so I am entirely pet-friendly and well-versed in managing busy, animal-loving households!

Why trust me

Why trust me with your space?

Your home should be your sanctuary, never a place you dread returning to. My professional background, creative training, and life experience equip me to handle your space with the highest level of care.

  • Neurodiverse Specialism

  • Relocation Expert

Personally moved home 10 times in 14 years, including an overseas move back to the UK with my rescue cat!

How it works

What happens next.

Taking the first step toward a clutter-free home is easier than you think. Here is exactly how we will work together to transform your space.

  1. 1

    Get in Touch

Reach out to express your interest and let me know which service you require. You can connect with me directly via phone, WhatsApp, email, or by clicking the Get in Touch button on this site.

  2. 2

    The Initial Consultation

We will arrange a friendly 15-minute call to complete a short client questionnaire together. Alternatively, if you prefer, I can email the questionnaire over for you to fill out in your own time.

  3. 3

    Consult and Confirm

Once you are happy to move forward, I will send over our Terms & Conditions for you to sign. We will then agree on a date and time for an in-person or remote consultation. Note: A formal consultation isn't always necessary; for some projects, sharing pictures or a quick video of your space will suffice.

  4. 4

    Secure Your Session

Next, we will book your decluttering session into the calendar and decide on the best timeframe for your project. Most sessions run between 3 hours (my minimum booking) and 5 hours, which is the optimum window to make a good visual impact without causing fatigue.

  5. 5

    Prepare and Relax

There is no need to tidy up before I arrive! I will bring all the bags required for sorting. All you need to do is try to relax and look forward to the session. It is completely normal to feel daunted or nervous about inviting someone new into your home, but please rest assured that I am entirely professional, friendly, and non-judgemental.

A Quick Note on My Visit

To ensure your day is completely stress-free, I always bring my own food and drinks with me for the session. You do not need to worry about providing a thing — just focus on your space and your well-being!
